In our dedicated efforts to address the challenges faced by orphans in Gairo, we have implemented a comprehensive two-phase approach to ensure their well-being:

Construction and Maintenance:

Construction of the Orphanage

The first phase involved the successful completion of the construction of our orphanage, providing a secure and nurturing space for orphaned children.

Ongoing Maintenance

Our commitment extends beyond construction, with continuous efforts in the maintenance of the orphanage to create a sustainable and comfortable living environment.

Long-Term Well-being Commitments:

Housing

Our dormitories are designed to accommodate 50 children, each furnished with a bed and personal storage. Conveniently located bathrooms and a dedicated matron ensure continuous care. The orphanage is supported by additional staff members, including a cook, children tutor, manager, accountant, and a night guard.

Food

Children at the orphanage receive two nutritious meals daily, supplemented with morning tea and a snack. A designated dining and living area has been established, and the planting of mango trees enriches the garden, contributing to the overall well-being of the children.

Health

The well-being of orphans is prioritized through primary health care initiatives. Regular health assessments, yearly insurance coverage, first-aid-kits, and bi-monthly hygiene training are integral components of our health program.

Education

At Bethel Orphanage Centre, we believe in providing accessible education for all children. Orphans attend nursery, primary, and secondary public schools in Gairo, ensuring they receive a comprehensive and quality education to empower them for a better future.

Our Orphanage Centre stands as a symbol of our commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for orphaned children. Through these initiatives, we aim to not only meet their basic needs but also foster their holistic development, ensuring they have the support and resources necessary to build a promising future.
